My 21 day plan, has created many great results, due to it's simplicity, and easy to integrate steps.
I have now released it as an 'at home' plan you can download and implement whenever you like to boost how you Look and Feel

    Do I need any equipment for workouts?
    Nope - All home workouts are bodyweight, and customisable to fitness levels - if you have weights, sure you can add them in. 
    Do I need to buy anything else, supplements etc?
    No. I bring things 'back to basics' decent food, movement and a plan :-)
    What happens if I have a meal out of function planned during the 21 days? Is alcohol out for 21days?!
    Isn't that life?! If we wait for the 'perfect moment' we'll be waiting forever! There will always be meals out, parties, functions etc in life - those aren't the problem. Not having a plan to follow MOST of the time is the problem! So, you enjoy your night out, and get back to it the next day - alcohol is out first week, but we'll allow some at weekend thereafter - real life!
    What happens after 21 days?
    Up to you! First up you'll have a plan you're already getting results on, so you can continue, or if you appreciate the accountability and support, I have my LEAN group you can join.
